The villa is located on the outskirts of Cala Millor on the east coast of Mallorca.

Cala Millor is located 64 kilometers from Palma and 17 kilometers from Manacor on the bay of Son Servera (Badia de Son Servera), a larger sea inlet on the east coast of Mallorca between Cap des Pinar in the north and the peninsula of Punta de n'Amer to the south . Badia d'Artà is also still commonly used as the name of the bay, which dates back to a time when today's municipalities of Son Servera, Capdepera and Artà formed the greater municipality of Artà.

The development of the town goes north on the street Carrer de la Magnòlia in the neighboring town of Cala Bona, which has the nearest port. To the south, Cala Millor has been gradually expanded in recent decades to the beginning of the Punta de n'Amer peninsula at Cala Nau. The places Son Moro and Son Moro Bonavista were included, so that today in general only the place Cala Millor is spoken of. However, Son Moro and Son Moro Bonavista are still recorded as independent places in the population of the municipality of Sant Llorenç des Cardassar.

The western border of the town of Cala Millor is formed by the MA-4027 road from Cala Bona towards Porto Cristo. However, the road has not quite reached the closed development of the tourist resort. Two kilometers west of this road is the small town of Son Servera, built in traditional Mallorcan style, connected to Cala Millor by the MA-4026 state road. Sant Llorenç des Cardassar is seven kilometers further inland from Son Servera.
Golf courses can be reached in 5-15 minutes by car. Shops, restaurants and bars are in the immediate vicinity. The airport is 45 minutes away.
