The house is located in a resort area with developed infrastructure. Within walking distance of one of the best beaches on the east coast of Mallorca, many cafes, restaurants and supermarkets, places for family holidays with children. In the engineering support of the house a system of solar panels is used, heated floors (seven independent zones) work from the unification of the general system of main gas, solar panels and the electrical system. Such a system automatically selects the optimal economical option for consuming the type of energy. On the territory between the house and the pool there is a furnished terrace with opening sun blinds, table tennis. In the semi-basement with natural light there is a sauna with a shower and toilet, billiards, a kitchen with a dishwasher, a microwave oven, a freezer, a wine refrigerator, a sink. On this floor there are two beds 160 cm wide in separate rooms, three sets of upholstered furniture. A separate room for engineering systems - a machine room with tanks for storing fresh water for 1750 liters.

The modern house has the latest technology such as a Wolf gas burner and an entrance with automatic sliding gate. The entire exterior façade is double insulated with a ventilation system. In the colder seasons you will enjoy the pleasant warmth of the underfloor heating throughout the house. In summer, the modern Mitsubishi air-conditioning systems ensure a pleasant room temperature. High-quality appliances from Liebherr and Küppersbusch are used in the German brand kitchen. Large, bright tiles, high-quality marble bathrooms, covered and open terraces and a double garage are just some of the additional features.
Location:
The chalet is located on the east coast of Mallorca in the popular resort of Sa Coma, only 55 minutes from Palma airport. Sa Coma is famous for its beautiful white sandy beach. The sandy beach is bordered by a huge peninsula which divides the beaches of Sa Coma and Cala Millor. From Sa Coma, excursion boats leave for Cala Ratjada and Porto Cristo. Sa Coma has a very well known gourmet restaurant, many tennis courts, a modern fitness centre, water sports, horse ranch, mini golf, driving range, 4 golf courses within a radius of 11 kilometres as well as good shopping facilities all year round such as the Carrefour market, medical centres, pharmacies and its own police station.
